Smoothies

My nephew, Brian, recently mentioned the value of smoothies.  I tried one the other day (see photo) and it was great!  I kept this one low carb and didn't add fruit but could easily add blueberries (and even some greens) in the future.  In this one I used Jay Robb egg white protein powder, Fage yogurt, Almond milk (good source of calcium), and water.  Simple, delicious, satisfying!
