Today's breakfast

Thank you very much for your interest in my blog. It is heartwarming! This morning's breakfast included an egg, one slice of gluten-free toast with a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top, about 3/4 cup of FAGE yogurt (FAGE low-fat or 0% fat is what I use and that brand tends to be low-carb), 10 red grapes, and a small portion of sauteed vegetables including some of the Asian Long Beans featured earlier this week. I also drank a glass of water with about a scoop of Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder mixed into it. I'm not advocating that powder, sharing fyi. I actually use that egg white protein to increase my calorie intake...but that's another story. I don't know about you but I like to start the day out with a strong meal. That doesn't work for everyone. Also, although it has been said of my beverage tastes that "water is my favorite drink", I need to more diligent about drinking 8 - 10 glasses of water per day. Thus, it helps to mention it....
